Anthony Sottile Obituary

It's is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Anthony John Sottile.

Anthony was born August 28, 1935, in New York, New York to the union of Joseph Sottile and Mary Newby.  Prior to his retirement, he worked as a lithographer for 40 years.  Anthony proudly served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged.

He is preceded in death by the love of his life and wife of 61 years, Janet Schultz Sottile; his parents Joseph and Mary, his brothers Joseph, Edward, Michael, James and his sister Anne Koschak and his infant son, Anthony.

Anthony is survived by his children and their spouses, Marie Walls (David) Lisa Schleicher (Shon) and John Sottile (Kathy).  His six grandchildren, David Anthony Walls and wife Megan, Daniel Walls, Meredith Washington, Noah Schleicher, JoJo Sottlie and Toni Sottile.  His three great grandchildren, Carter and Hadley Walls and Kai Washington. He is also survived by his beloved sisters, Virgina Santoro and Mary Joan Chini along with many nieces and nephews 

A funeral mass will be celebrated on June 10th, 11:00 a.m., at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Plano, Texas

Anthony will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him dearly.
