Frances Harper Carney, 94, of Newbury Park, passed away on Saturday May 1, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 24, 1926 in New York, New York and had been a Ventura County resident for 32 years.
Prior to her retirement, Frances worked for Fox Chase Cancer Institute as a book keeper for 18 years.
She is survived by her loving children.
Frances will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
